Your UPS account: enter your 6-character UPS account number and pick a UPS service in the cart. UPS bills your account directly. If UPS rejects the account, we'll contact you before shipping.

When your order ships
In-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment. If anything will take longer, we'll email you first.
International duties and taxes
International buyers pay any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees charged by their country. These aren't included in our prices or shipping.
If an international package is refused or returned, we refund the order minus any duties and return shipping charged to us.
Sales tax
We collect California sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. Resellers with a valid California resale certificate: email it to sales@microfarads.com before ordering and we'll set up a tax-free quote, or we'll refund the tax once we receive it. Orders shipped outside California are not charged California sales tax.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Email sales@microfarads.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. If we made an error (wrong, damaged or defective parts), we cover return shipping and there is no restocking fee.
Returns
- 15 days: request a return within 15 days of delivery.
- Ask first: email sales@microfarads.com for a return authorization before sending anything back.
- Condition: parts must be unused, unsoldered, and in their original packaging.
- Restocking fee: 15%, unless we made an error.
- Return shipping: paid by you, unless we made an error.
- Refunds: to your original card within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Orders placed through a written quote follow the terms in that quote if they differ from this page.
